Return Policy for OVIA Headphones

At OVIA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
 

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
     

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@oviastrong.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the headphones securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of your item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
     

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may apply for non-defective returns.
     

Exchanges

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and sending the replacement.

  • Non-Defective Products: For exchanges of non-defective products, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
